The LKMIMSR, established in 1988, has an efficient and time-tested 3 tier administrative system comprising the Governing Council, the Board of Directors and the Principal for the day-to-day activities of the college and also to nurture and translate the vision of the founders of the institute into reality.

The testament to the fruits of collaborative effort is conspicuous through the preference the LKM IMSR accord to the College Campus in their recruitment drive.
